SHOTS EXCHANGE provides educational content, software tools, AI agents, and a community to help creators monetize social media through paths such as agency work, paid communities, vibe-coded websites, TikTok Shop, AI UGC, and digital products.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. Accounts are created and authenticated through our identity provider.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We offer one-time purchases and recurring subscription plans. Pricing and plan features are described at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Because the Platform delivers digital products, software access, and downloadable resources immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at the point of sale.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the issue in good faith.

You agree not to resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or share access to paid content, tools, or community spaces. License to the Platform is personal, limited, and non-transferable.

You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, to harass other members, or to upload content that infringes the rights of others.

The Platform includes AI-powered tools and agents that generate suggestions, drafts, and other output. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing and validating it before relying on or publishing it.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated output complies with the terms of any third-party platform (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) and applicable law.

The Platform, including its software, course content, branding, and design, is owned by SHOTS EXCHANGE and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited license to access it for your personal use while your account is in good standing.

SHOTS EXCHANGE provides education, tools, and resources for informational purposes only. Results described on the Platform reflect individual experiences and are not typical. We make no guarantee of any specific income or outcome. Building a business involves risk and requires real work.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHOTS EXCHANGE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
